Where do you ship?
We focus on tracked delivery for US and Canada customers.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard tracked delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If tracking has not updated after a few business days, contact support@auranode.store.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact support@auranode.store before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions if your return is approved.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email support@auranode.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
Payment & Security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify secure checkout and supported payment providers. AuraNode does not store your full payment card details.
Product Compatibility & Care
Will magnetic accessories work with my case?
They work best with MagSafe-compatible or Qi2-compatible cases. Thick, metal, or non-magnetic cases can reduce magnetic strength and charging alignment.
How should I care for charging accessories?
Keep charging surfaces clean and dry, avoid extreme heat, and use a quality USB-C wall adapter or car adapter that matches the product requirements.
