Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@auranode.store. Please contact support before sending any return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact support before sending any return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@auranode.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Used, damaged-by-customer, or incomplete items may be refused or refunded partially.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

Refund timing
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@auranode.store.
