Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders usually process within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free standard shipping is available for orders $49+.

Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after processing.

Express shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 3-7 business days after processing and is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking email after your order ships. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, contact support@auranode.store as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing or has shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes
AuraNode Store is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees charged by local authorities. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs review, or high-volume periods. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, email support@auranode.store with your order number and clear photos when applicable.
